CHICAGO - Just days into his tenure, Michael Madigan has suggested that his 22nd District successor, Edward Guerra Kodatt, should resign.
Edward Guerra Kodatt, 26, was chosen Sunday as Madigan's successor.
Without giving the specific reason, Madigan and Ald. Marty Quinn, released a statement Tuesday night that said Guerra Kodatt should resign after "learning of alleged questionable conduct."
