In an exclusive interview with the Times Union, the Executive Chamber staffer who has accused Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo of groping her last November at the governor's mansion - the most serious allegation of sexual misconduct to be leveled against him - describes what she now sees as an escalating sequence of inappropriate overtures. Weeks after the incident, the governor allegedly warned her about the potential damage such information could do to the administration and him personally - a warning that she heard as threatening.
