WASHINGTON - President Joe Biden will unveil a series of executive actions aimed at addressing gun violence on Thursday, according to a person familiar with the plans, delivering his first major action on gun control since taking office.

WASHINGTON - President Joe Biden is expected to start rolling out executive actions regulating guns as soon as Thursday, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The responses are expected to include a presidential declaration that could ultimately require people who buy untraceable, self-assembled "ghost guns" to undergo a background check, the person told Reuters.

President Joe Biden is expected to unveil a long-awaited package of executive actions to curb gun violence Thursday at the White House, according to four people familiar with the plan.
