Putin urges G20 leaders to ‘limit' protectionism & abandon using unilateral sanctions

Speaking at the G20 summit on Saturday, Russia's President Vladimir Putin called on world leaders to address the piled-up issues facing international trade, urging them to limit protectionism and abandon sanction practices.
“We have to tackle the urgent problems that have accumulated in international trade. In particular, it is necessary to try and curb protectionism, abandon the practice of unilateral sanctions, and resume supply chains,” Putin told the virtual G20 summit.
