Donald Trump will not voluntarily testify at his upcoming U.S. Senate trial, his team said Thursday, rebuffing an attempt from House impeachment managers to get the former president to speak under oath.
Trump's attorneys dismissed the invitation from lead House prosecutor U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., as a “public relations stunt.”
