Proponent of skill-based video-game gambling devices denied license

In a 4-1 vote of the Nevada Gaming Commission, Blaine Graboyes, CEO of GameCo LLC, was denied a gaming license. The denial prevents Graboyes from operating in Nevada or collaborating with gaming licensees in the state.
