Public health threats
Assuming the vaccine mandates are intended to preserve public health, can someone explain what is more of a threat to the public health - is it the minority of the population still not vaccinated or the reduction of work force in healthcare and law enforcement personnel because they choose not to get the shots? Seems to me that the goal of keeping hospitals open and the streets safe would be better served by keeping hospitals and law enforcement fully staffed.
