Why Whittier's Lee Owens Park's name was changed to include his wife

1 month ago   |   By Boston Herald

On Wednesday, Ball who lobbied the City Council got her wish when the new sign, including Erika Owens in it, was unveiled at the park at 7930 Greenleaf Ave., on Wednesday, Oct. 20.
