Merrimack no match for No. 7 Boston College freshman line

Center Alex Newhook clicked for a five-point game and combined with linemates Mike Hardman and right wing Matt Boldy to produce 10 points as No. 7 ranked Boston College outgunned Merrimack, 6-2, and sweep the weekend home-and-home series in front of a Kelley Rink crowd of 5,498.
The all-freshmen second-line troika of Hardman , Newhook , and Boldy combined for four goals and 10 points, and accounted for 13 of BC's 21 total shots in the contest.
