Eyes on Oregon as state decriminalizes possession of oxy, meth

While all eyes were understandably on the presidential election and House and Senate seats up for grabs, Oregon and Washington, D.C., passed measures that could have far-reaching effects.
Oregon became the first state in the country to decriminalize the personal possession of illegal drugs, including cocaine, heroin, oxycodone and methamphetamine.
As of unofficial returns updated Wednesday, Measure 110 was passing by a wide margin.
